At Aarsha Collection, each piece is handcrafted with love, care, and creativity. As our products are custom-made, we request customers to carefully read our return and exchange terms before placing an order.

✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

The item is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.

You received the wrong product.

To qualify, please:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos/videos of the issue along with your order ID.

❌ Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept return or exchange in the following cases:

Change of mind after order confirmation

Product received as per order but no longer wanted

Size or color preferences (please confirm details before ordering)

Items that have been used or tampered with

Custom or personalized items

📦 Return Process

1. Email or WhatsApp us with the issue within 48 hours.

2. Once approved, send the product back in original packaging and unused condition.

3. Customer will bear the return courier charges unless the fault is ours.

🛑 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

Once production begins, cancellations are not allowed.

Return and Refund policy
Return

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Once the return product is received it will be inspected, and the return will be approved within 2 days

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if 
the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

If any damaged / defective/ exchanged /replacement products are inspected and accepted then it will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days
